I've been looking for a pair for a while but haven't seen any that I really like... where can I go that has a good selection...? A friend of mine says Fluevog and Browns are good places to start but where else...? I'd rather not get them online. I really dislike shopping.. I wanna make this as easy as possible!

I tried on a pair a few weeks ago and felt like I just needed a pair of them... but the ones I tried on were a latex/PVC type of material and I don't see them lasting as long as leather. I'll check into Gravity Pope, Spank and B2... they're all in the area and Spank is on Granville near the Commodore...? I want something like the ones Madonna wore in her Human Nature video... Nicley, my best friend is trying to talk me into Italy this year... but I have plans for going elsewhere, but I want the boots for a function next month... These aren't thigh highs but I really like these ones... it's supposed to be Madonna on Second Life. HOT! Actually, the entire outfit is HOT HOT HOT!!
Leighly Member	2/25/2009 10:14:00 PM Gravity Pope and Spank are both on 4th Ave. Gravity Pope is a block or so east of Vine (give or take...lol...a block or two). Spank Shoes (which is a block away from Spank Clothing) is kitty corner from Moule ( on the 2000 block of 4th). But I think B2 or David Gordon downtown would be your best bet. If you find a pair...please post them!!

I was just in there two days ago, and although their pumps are to die for, I saw no thigh high boots that were noteworthy. jenix Member	2/25/2009 10:22:00 PM I actually have a pair that I bought about 4 years ago but I can't remember the name of the store. They are black leather suede with a thin medium heel, not too high but def not short, and at the very top there is a thin band of lace & tulle that peeks out, I've only worn them once, they are in the box at the top of my closet now.... probably a lot more fashionable now than they were then The store was in Richmond Centre, towards The Bay end, right beside the escalator that goes up to the rooftop parking near McDonalds.

Leighly Member	2/25/2009 10:31:00 PM Jenix, I am right there with you when it comes to gravity pope. They are always just a bit off when it comes to what they bring in. It is the kits influence I think. It stops them short. That, and the HUGE bad bloody attitude they all have!
