Well considering that Mexico is the number one gateway for Cocaine and Meth coming into the US I bet that they get a lot of busts with just this technique of law enforcement, especially when a couple of canadian punks are driving.
If the dog doesn't sit down then no big deal, if it does this is the type of bust that will make a cops career.
