Comparing a coke dealer to a crack dealer is similar to comparing a BMW dealer to a Kia one.

More like comparing one drug dealer to another very similar drug dealer.

Crack is big all over. Get your head out of your ass. Every city in Canada has crackheads. The poorer ones have more meth-heads. That's just basic economics.

It's funny how people like to associate levels of class to different drugs. As if it's the baking soda that makes it dirty.

To call this a tragedy is a bit of an exaggeration. A tragedy is a young father being gunned down by gang members in a case of mistaken identity. Or two innocent men being killed in an apartment in surrey for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. For anyone who didn’t know your friend, this is just another criminal getting caught in the act and having to pay for it.

Situations like this are really best left private matters. Unfortunately, once it’s in the news, people are going to talk. And they’re not always going to say things you agree with or want to hear. That’s life. If you really want to do your friend a favor, put your energy into supporting his family during this difficult time and not into fighting on the internet with strangers.

Cherry said it best.

OMG you guys are priceless.

It appears that the people who have common sense in here are getting slagged on and the ones without are the high all mighty.

PS - I also agree no "real" gangster is going to care what a bunch of internet nerds have to say. I would be more concerned about the you didn't have your lucky charm THIS TIME WITH YOU comment on FB then people stating their own thoughts and feelings. Point proven this is not the first time this has happened.

Someone actually should really delete that comment. Just say'in

Scarface? more like Duel
even scarface is only cool in the movies
in real life these guys are lazy and pathetic with the greatest ambition being how they can make money fast to lease hummers, buy ugly mass produced 'designer' clothes and take monthly undeserved vacations with their equally lame friends

criminal minded people have their own moral hierarchy. it doesn't have to make sense, but it exists.

from what i hear, rats and child molesters are at the bottom. women beaters and people who steal from other people are pretty low on the totem pole. people who steal from large, faceless organizations and 'The Man', are higher up.

maybe some people in this thread follow that model.

as DickSS might say, lets respect 'moral diversity'.

also, some people are going to judge the person based on how close they are to themselves.

it's called feminist ethics

"This sort of outlook is what feminist critics call a 'justice view' of morality. A morality of care rests on the understanding of relationships as a response to another in their terms. It focuses on the moral value of being partial toward those concrete persons with whom we have special and valuable relationships, and on the moral importance of responding to such persons as particular individuals with characteristics that demand a response to them that we do not extend to others."
