After looking at this persons pictures I can tell that nature along with genetics will be a bigger punishment then anything the government could throw at him/her.

When you realize after awhile that your kid's a sociopath, it's probably not a good idea to purchase him small animals but instead keep him tied up in the basement till he's old enough to go to jail or a psych ward.
