So, that was a reasonable amount of force to use? On a likely unconscious, non-responsive person? The public can have confidence in those officers' judgment in the future?
Or are you just trolling, as usual?

lol... they beat him because he ran over their friend, not because they were trying to arrest him. i thought that that was obvious.

It is obvious.
And it supports my point.
Now, can you make a rational argument to support your position that the police should be allowed to take the law into their own hands as they see fit?

i never said that what they did was legal or right, so i don't feel the need to give such an argument.
i they shouldn't get fired for beating up a degenerate criminal who just tried to kill one of their friends. it's excessive.
the mayor is making an emotional decision based on traumatic incidents from his childhood. understandable, but sad.

Lol.
What's an appropriate punishment for embarrassing the police department and undermining the public's faith in policing?
Those guys are paid to put themselves in harm's way. If they can't control themselves when it actually happens, they shouldn't be cops.

public apology would be enough.
you hold the police to inhumanly high standards.
i think your judgment on police issues is clouded by latent white middle class teen rage. i've seen it before. don't feel guilty, just find a way to deal with it.

He didn't run over anyone. He almost ran someone over. Big difference. He was clearly unconscious as witnessed when he rag-dolls as he was thrown from the vehicle. Handcuff him, call an ambulance and their jobs are done, the rest is up to the courts. Besides these idiots all know that they have dashboard cameras so they deserve what they get. There is also the fact that edited footage not containing the beating was initially released.
I get bored of diseasedanus' constant obvious attempts at trying to be 'edgy' and 'different than the status quo'.

The atheist fearing, Terrier owning East Indian contrarian from Richmond with anal fixations and a penchant for forced spelling and grammatical errors is showing cracks of character burn-out.
I look forward to it's next incarnation.

Things with the cops are getting kind of weird. They're definitely starting to overstep their boundaries in some situations. I'm not one of those "f.uck the police" guys, I respect a lot of them, but some of them are just f.ucking dopes. Here's another couple recent videos of them just being idiots.
