About Red Room
This hot spot features swing music six nights a week and some of the most delicious dishes in the city. The ambiance takes guests back in time to the 1940s-1960s, with plush elegance that exudes the perfect aura of romance. Popular bands include Al Belletto and his Sinatra show, Christina Machado, Jeremy Davenport and Kaye Dorian. If you come for more than just the music, then Chef Carlos Guja will treat you to culinary masterpieces. Shows start at 8pm. Entrees include a venison chop with pumpkin risotto, seared frios gras with sweet potato galette and grilled diver scallops served in vanilla beurre blanc sauce.
