About Oasis Restaurant & Bar
Oasis Restaurant & Bar plays haven to the myriad of local talent that is East Bay jazz, reggae, world music and electronica. Set up in cardinal- red and goldish-yellow tints, the Oasis is more known for its musical guests than for the food, which stays within the range of American favorites like burgers and fries by day and serves Nigerian food at night.

As a club, the Oasis is more successful, hosting one-night parties and touring DJs who spin anything from dancehall to old skool. The outside patio tends to be the spot for singles action and friendly get togethers, when a mix of urban Oakland and co-eds from Berkeley seat themselves into patio chairs and glass tables.
