About Temple Bar— Tiki Bar & Grill
Welcome to the Temple Bar Tiki Bar and Grill Restaurant. We’ve put together a menu that we feel is both good for your health and delicious. Olakino maika’i a me ono! As much as possible, we remove from our sauces excess fat and use butter to a minimum. Your tossed green salad served with Sweet Maui Onion Dressing is complimentary to all entrees and made with lettuce we grow year round in a hydroponics rain shelter. Other vegetables such as tomatoes, zucchini, etc. are also grown seasonally in the rain shelter. We serve fresh organically grown pineapples and lilikoi juice whenever possible.

For our exotic drinks we prepare them from fresh fruit juices and nectars. Most of the exotic drinks were originally created in the Temple Bar. For example, the very popular and powerful Hurricane Iniki was created right after the real Hurricane Iniki destroyed the family home where I grew up on the island of Kauai. But so is the way with the great goddess, Pele. Eruption, destruction, creation, celebration! Yes, for Hawaiians and Hawaiians at heart, food and drink are sacred and we respect the powers that be. For your visit to the Temple Bar, we hope you have a wonderful time and above all else….Enjoy!!!
