About Loie Brasserie and Bar
Loie Brasserie, Rittenhouse Square’s neighborhood French restaurant has been a favorite in Center City for the past three years. A delicious menu of traditional French Bistro fare, prepared by David Keck, starts off with choices such as Classic French Onion Soup, Crawfish Beignets with Spicy Remoulade, and a Cheese Plate with a fine selection of seven premium imported and domestic cheeses served with toast point and seasonal fruit. Salads and Sandwiches include choices of a Roasted Duck Breast and Fresh Berry Salad, Grilled Shrimp Panzanella with crispy bread, plum tomatoes mesculin and a tapanade vinaigrette, the Classic Cheval Burger, an “Old World Croque Monsieur” and a Lemon Roasted Chicken sandwich topped with oven dried tomatoes, fresh basil, toasted walnuts and Fontina cheese. Entrees are just as inviting as the starter dishes; Loie offers Basque Style Monkfish accompanied with spicy pepper and tomato piperade, fingerling potatoes and sautéed vegetables. Try our Grilled Yellowfin Tuna Nicoise, served with warm vegetables and potatoes with Balsamic glaze. After dinner, stay and enjoy Loie’s nightly DJ’s spinning from 10pm until 2am. There is never a cover. Loie also has an intimate private pool room in the back of the restaurant, and a large screen TV to keep updated on sporting events. Loie is a unique and pretty venue with an inviting neighborhood atmosphere perfect for holding private and semi-private events, as well as hosting company Happy Hours. With a diverse party platter option, multiple bar options and a daily $2 $3 $4 Happy Hour bar menu, there are plenty of options to suit your needs. Loie is also open on Sundays, serving a French-inspired Brunch from 11:30-3:30pm. Outside seating is available when weather is permitting. Groups and parties are always welcome. DJ Kevin Jae plays light brunch music throughout the afternoon and there are several price options to choose from , some o which offer a complete bar package.
