This unexpected--and unexpectedly urbane--basement lounge is tucked down one of Union Square's quieter alleyways. State-of-the-art light and sound fill the roomy, high-ceilinged space replete with stunning, modern furnishings in faux fur, ultrasuede and wood--including a live juniper tree. Contemporary teak and stainless steel tables have built-in champagne buckets; dancing atop them when the mood strikes is encouraged. An enormous bar, VIP nooks and unisex bathrooms with impressive amenities complete the scene.
Though exclusive in feel and decor, the bar charges no cover.
Unconsumed portions of purchased bottles will be stored at the lounge (under the name of the client who purchased it) and can be used during a future visit.
Gourmet small plates (from mini croque monsieurs to olives and cheeses) are provided at reasonable prices.
Grab a hot piece of real estate--tables with bottle service (no minimum!) come at $250 for a half table, $500 for a whole.
