About The Vine Tavern
Although part of a local chain, the Tempe location of The Vine has a decidedly collegiate flavor along with the Irish pub decor. Students and others flock to the big screen TVs to cheer on their teams during football and basketball season. Daily specials and student-friendly prices ensure this place is packed most of the time. There's all the usual bar fare plus a few items with a twist. Eight different flavors and strengths of wings mean the meekest taste buds can peacefully co-exist with flamers, maple lovers and bourbon teriyaki aficionados. Sliders of many kinds make sharing simple and the sour-cream-and-chive fries are not to be missed. Look for daily specials on featured food and drinks, or stop in for Happy Hour daily from 3-7PM for special pricing on drinks and appetizers.
