f the fuming martinis don’t get you the spectacular neon panorama will. Located on the ninth floor of a building in swanky Ginza, the cityscape view is straight out of Bladerunner. The interior is very film noir - dark leather and slick lines - the creative genius of the same set designer from Year of the Dragon. But you’re not going to get your head kicked in here. Staff and clientele are wealthy, polite and charming – more cultured than kung fu. Women get a 500 yen cut in admission price and one look at the skimpy designer dresses and smooth skin on show makes you realise why.
