Eco-friendly design specs include locally-crafted parallam bar tops, table tops, and shelving; a new and highly efficient HVAC system, T5 fluorescent lighting, low VOC paints, TOTO low-flow toilets and urinals, as well as a locally-designed and built stainless steel custom bar.
On the technical side, the world-renowned Funktion-One Soundsystem is tucked away in the exposed beams and gilded brick.
