we are the premiere cozy wine bar & bistro in san diego. from the moment you arrive, you’ll feel instantly comfortable. slink into one of our leather sofas or club chairs, soak in the candle light, engage with live musicians crafting amazing melodies, and prepare to be delighted with one of our small production wines.

we are not servers and bartenders. everyone you encounter here is a certified specialist of wine or a certified sommelier, and each person is certified by the cicerone program (the beer world’s equivalent of the sommelier). we know what we are talking about, and we have the skills & patience to help you find a wine/beer to amaze you.

all of our produce is local & certified organic from suzie’s farm in chula vista. all of our meats are raised sustainably and local, where possible. we believe in only offering the best products from the people most passionate about them.

we are a different kind of place, and we know you’ll figure that out very quickly. you’ll enjoy your wine in an eisch crystal 26 ounce glass in an amazing environment. if you want to try something, we’ll happily oblige. we want your evening to exceed your expectations.
